Henry Foote—What Happened?

On Friday 1 November 2019 my husband Henry Foote was involved in a serious accident on his Vespa. He was rushed to Cedars-Sinai where he was cared for by the trauma team and was in very serious condition for ten days. I don't want to go into a detailed description of what the many injuries were but there were many broken bones and crushed organs. He was in the ICU for 21 days followed by 6 months in hospitals and rehab facilities.

Henry has hundreds of friends all over the world who love him and he is grateful for all the love and support he is getting while he recovers from this catastrophic accident.

Henry is now at his home after spending two months with the California Rehabilitation Institute in Century City where he was fitted with a prosthetic leg by the Hangar Institute. He is awaiting admission to outpatient at CRI in November 2020.

I hope you will follow the frequent updates on the site.

Be fierce and thrive!
